Vivvidero

Redesigning a real estate platform so users could quote instantly, turning a clunky sales process into Vivvidero's biggest competitive advantage.

Context

Vivvidero is a real estate services company in Colombia. Nico worked as sole designer, running design thinking workshops directly with the C-level team to understand the business end, then designing everything in Figma and handing it over to engineering.

Challenge

Users kept quoting the wrong services. Vivvidero had multiple offerings but no clear way to guide people to the right one. Sign-ups were low, the sales team was drowning in misqualified leads, and the competition was moving faster.

Approach

We connected multiple channels into a single conversion funnel. The core idea was an instant quote experience: users could identify the right service, get an estimate without delay, and move forward on their own terms. No waiting for a sales rep to call back. No guessing.

Impact

The instant quote experience became a real USP. Users could self-serve quotes and get estimates without delay, leading to better lead conversion, faster turnaround, and a tangible edge over competitors still relying on manual sales flows.
